Multiple users from Sales report the ERP portal takes 30+ seconds to load the dashboard since this morning.

Confirmed. CPU on app server app-02 is steady at 95%. Checking the slow query log.

Found a missing index on orders.customer_id — full table scan on every dashboard load.

Same slowness reproduced from the Hanoi office, so it is server-side, not network.

Added the index in staging, dashboard load dropped to 2.1s. Preparing production migration.

Please schedule the production change outside business hours and notify Sales.

Migration applied at 21:00. Monitoring shows load times back to ~1.8s.
